What if my package is lost/ stolen?
Once your parcel has been shipped, Maeva's Vintage is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. In such cases, we kindly request that you contact the shipping company directly to address the issue. We do, however, ensure that your order is packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
