How long does Shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 2-3 days.

How much does Shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package size and weight.

Envelope: 5 CHF (A-Post Plus, includes tracking number)

Package: 8.50 CHF (B-Post, includes tracking number)

Envelope: 19 CHF (Priority Plus, includes tracking number)

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the current location and status of your package.

What if my package is lost/ stolen?

Once your parcel has been shipped, Maeva's Vintage is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. In such cases, we kindly request that you contact the shipping company directly to address the issue. We do, however, ensure that your order is packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Do you accept returns?

We do not issue refunds or accept returns.
